It’s time for a little…
As we reach the end of the week, it's time to take a deep breath, smile, and reflect on the moments—both big and small—that truly mattered.
The moments when we showed up fully.
When we were brave, vulnerable, kind, quiet, rebellious, patient, strong, loving—or all of the above.
This week, we’re celebrating doing your dream.
I’m just back from Ireland, where I was visiting my 26-year-old bonus daughter.
I’ve written about her before because she had the audacity and determination to launch later than many, leave home for the first time, and go straight to Dublin for a year by herself.
She got a visa, a job she loves in her industry, a furnished apartment, and work friends. Once a month, she ventures out of the city alone to explore Ireland.
This is no small thing.
It means renting a car and driving on the opposite side of the road on the opposite side of the car on tiny, narrow country roads.
She’s DOING It.
She dreamt about this for three years, making Pinterest vision boards, following IG travel influencers, and hoping that it could maybe, someday, possibly happen.
Then, one day last fall, she decided it would.
With that decision, she started doing.
One step at a time.
Putting everything in motion.
Doing, doing, and more doing.
She made her dream come true.
What dream are you doing?
Cue the music, celebrate yourself, and have a fantastic weekend.
With love,
I edited the first episode of my podcast. It's ready to drop. Four more and I launch my podcast. They are recorded, just need editing.
